Fiddle Fire: 25 Years of the Charlie Daniels Band is out in stores now!
This is the album to look for! It's got newly recorded versions of a bunch of Charlie's greatest fiddle tunes, including "The South's Gonna Do It Again," and "The Devil Went Down to Georgia." It's also got a new tune called "Fiddle Fire," written by Chris Wormer, who is Charlie's "new" guitar player (although he's been with the band since about 1994). Also included are ripping songs like "Boogie Woogie Fiddle Country Blues," and "Drinkin' My Baby Goodbye," along with the much-hyped "Texas." All around it's a ripping album.
